We specialize in a organising holidays in Namibia, We do NOT specialize in data collection. As a general rule Namikala-safaris.com does not collect your personal information unless you chose to provide that information to us. When you choose to provide us with your personal information, you are giving namikala-safaris.com your permission to use that information for the stated purposes listed in this privacy policy. If you choose not to provide us with that information, it might limit the services that we may provide to you.

Our commitments and adherence

We do not collect any data other than the one we need to communicate with you from the moment we start organising your trip to the moment you finish your trip (e-mail/telephone number/adress for invoicing). That will also include credit card details when this means of payment is used. However, NO sensitive data is collected through or saved in the website.

Our Technology

We DO NOT collect any information other than your e-mail adress and telephone numbers and strictly for communication purposes.
For invoicing purpose, we need to have your physical adress.
For your safety whyle you are travelling with us, it is critical that we can reach you / you can reach us on phone numbers. 
We do not use cookies we do not collect such information as > Login or signup information, scripts running on any pages, commenting scripts, social media integration..

Data security and retention

When paying by bank transfer, you do not need to send us any critical information. When paying by credit card, we need a list of data required by our bank, they are gathered through a standardized form that you will complete, We will send you the form when we reach that stage in the booking process. You will need to return this form through the way you deem approrpiate (email/pdf/word format...).
It is also acceptable to not complete the form and give us the information by phone or any other way you deem appropriate.
