As early as possible... For many of our clients, it is difficult to know when you will be available to travel next year...
Travelling in low season (January to June) we recommend to book 3 to 8 months in advance (8 months for April / May).
Travelling in high season (July to December) we recommend to book 6 to 12 months in advance (12 months for July / August).
We will allways try to book your tour, it is our mission.
However, there are times in the year when we close sales, because we know we wont be able to build quality tour for you.
Trying to book a tour in June for August... Is not a good idea.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.
You can also pays by bank swift in Euros, into our bank account in Windhoek (5% Discount - T&C Apply).
Yes, you can! We will build a tailor-made tour for you.
Depending on the time and money you are willing to spend for this trip we will adjust our offers until you are totally satisfied.
We can modify any self-drive tour, motorbike tour and fly-in safaris, and NO, it does not cost more when we modify an existing tour to make it YOUR tour..
The more you tell us about your needs, the better our offer will be.
However, our guided tour (in small groups) cannot be modified. We do not offer tailor-made guided tours.
In order to drive in Namibia, you need your valid local drivers licence (country of residence) and an International Drivers Licence (sort of translation in several languages - grey booklet mostly issued by Automobile Clubs). Should you not be in a position to obtain an IDL, we can organise in Windhoek, a certified translation of your local drivers licence (its also acceptable).
Please contact your closest Namibian Embassy as the documents required may vary from time to time.
No specific vaccins are required to visit Namibia. Malaria prophilactics are advisable for the North of the country.
Tap water is safe to drink in most places, at hotels, lodges and other public places. However, we still recommend you to drink mineral water available in every supermarket, petrol station...
In order to limit the use of plastic bottles, please buy in bulk and favor reusable water containers.
Remember water is a scarce resource, especially in this drought-stricken country, so please be respectful and help to conserve water.
