Since 1996, we are a tour operator, based in Windhoek, organizing Namibia Safaris and providing quality services and attractive prices for all budgets, with the added benefit of more than 25 years experience in the travel industry.
Our Name, Namikala is simply derived from the names of the two fascinating deserts you may visit in our country, namely the Namib and the Kalahari.

The great distances between destinations in this huge and breathtaking land means we encourage our guests to fly from camp to camp. This allows a greater appreciation of the country in the company of highly trained, passionate guides who are eager to share their enthusiasm for and knowledge of this wonderful, surprising land.
Longer combination fly-and-drive also offer a fascinating and popular experience, but these are only recommended if guests have more than 10 days to enjoy the country.

Nambia Self Drive Tours
Our country is perfect for Self Drive Tours, provided you get proper information and advice before you start your trip. Tar and gravel roads are in very good condition by African standards. Road signs are clearly visible and roads well marked throughout the country. This good infrastructure, together with the country's safety and very good car rental options allows you to discover the natural wonders of our country at your own pace.

4x4 Camping Adventures (Namibia & Botswana)
A concept, which offers you the possibility to combine your taste for 4x4 driving and the discovery of Southern Africa on a camping trip.
Only 4x4 vehicles will gives access to the wildest and most remote areas.
